1) Omega-3 fatty acids, you’ll) find it naturally in “organic” beef, “wild” fish, flaxseed, flaxseed-oil, walnuts
and walnut oil.
2) Vitamin D, you’ll find it in cod liver oil, especially if you’ve got a family history.
3) Gingko, make sure you take the correct amount, usually around 40 to 80 milligrams 2 to 3 times a day.
4) Niacin, it is best to use a time-release formula.

    I’m so glad you shared this information.

    My best friend discovered he has high cholesterol and his family has a history of heart disease.

    Recently his heart has been beating fast, occasionally a pain in his heart.

    I have been searching for answers through the web but found none as informative.

    I will share this information with him. Hope this will help prevent a heart attack.

    As an old Coronary Critical Care nurse, and wife of a heart patient, I feel it is important to add stress reduction/stress management techniques to your great list.
    Some patients have benefitted greatly from biofeedback training, hypnosis and acupuncture as methods for short-circuiting the learned stress response that increases the liklihood of angina, or a full-blown heart attack.
    Too often heart patients don’t realize that letting their emotions control them puts them at MUCH GREATER RISK!

    Helps you to lose weight,
    Lowers Cholesterol
    Helps to strengthen you heart muscle
    Helps with your stress levels

    You don’t even have to join a gym or make any special effort - just put more effort into what you do on a day to day basis. Walk a bit faster, move more vigorously, and you will be doinwonders for your heart health.

    I would strongly recommend Nattokinase. I’ve been taking it for about 2 years now. It has an acquired taste though, but you’ll like it eventually.
