1. Avoid diabetes: 8 years

2. Regular exercise: 5.5 years

3. Avoid hypertension / high blood pressure: 5 years

4. Stop smoking: 3 years

5. Maintaining a healthy body weight: 2 years

TOTAL: 23.5 years.

Now wouldn’t that be better than a premature death because of bad habits?
