The power of habits are equally true regardless of success at work or our daily diet.
When you are not one of them it is so easy to look at the “beautiful people” and consider them lucky. Apparently they have success in their lives because of everything but good habits.
Habits, good or bad take time to develop but once they have formed it takes huge effort and discipline to change them, the good news is people are doing it every day.
Gary Player - the famous golfer used to say the harder I practice the luckier I get.
Good health is as much a choice shaped into healthy habits as are the bad one’s of eating chips instead of a handful of nuts when you feel snacky.
Anybody who’s been on a diet can tell you about the sweat and tears it took, you might even relate to the agony, and what’s worse people then stupidly throw all caution to the wind when the diet ends - what a terrible waste of time and energy!
FACT - the bulk of our modern disease are self inflicted because of bad diet, lack of exercise, too much stress and no hope.
SOLUTION - very simple eat healthily, get regular exercise, meditate - practice stress relief, get enough sleep and have regular sex and finally use supplements to ensure you get enough of the correct nutrition.
I’m not going to lie to you, breaking bad habits build over a lifetime is going to take more than a couple of weeks to break but the reward is worth the effort, change your bad habits and you’ll never have to go on a diet again!
