Stay in shape, eat right and have a positive attitude. Avoid taking medications at all costs. Today there is a pill for everything. Instead of medicating the problem, treat the cause. There are networks out there for Baby Boomers and Seniors that focus on reinventing ones self. Retirees are finding it necessary to re-enter the work force to supplement their income. The cost of health care and prescriptions are a big factor for those on a fixed income. Health should always come first. Live Strong! Rick, you said it.
