The secret to longevity is simple.
Eat a low carb diet, supplement with a good multi vitamin/mineral combination, take your fish oil and GLA, exercise regularly, reduce your stress, belong to a community and explore your spirituality.
Doing these things will keep you healthy, prevent most degenerative diseases and unless God decides otherwise you will live many happy, healthy years.
Here’s the catch it is too simple for most people, they don’t believe the secret could be so easy, so instead they throw themselves head 1st into the way of debilitating disease express and suffer.
