In our instant society we often look for instant solutions to our health problems created by our instant life style. Which is the wrong way to look at your health.

The instant thing to do when we have a health issue is to run to the medicine cabinet and find the drug that will address or immediate need, when our concern should be about what caused that symptom.

We need to start focusing on the causes and the symptoms will take care of them selves.

High blood pressure is a symptom of stress, obesity, lack of exercise, processed foods, fast fatty food, etc.

The solution is start making small changes to your lifestyle that will treat the cause and the symptoms will go away.

And give it time, it took time to get your body to this point, it will take some time and good habits to restore it, BUT it will happen if you make the effort.
