This is so important I’m going to repeat it - Your Habits Will Determine Your Quality Of Life.

This is such a basic fundamental truth that it shocked me into silence the 1st time I heard it and really contemplated it.

So before you attempt any changes in your lifestyle it is a very good idea to keep a journal of your daily habits for a couple of days.

You will soon be able to spot particularly bad and unhealthy habits, now start with one or to and consistently work at changing them for 21 days (if it is not a very old habit it should be enough time) but also realize that some habit have been reinforced over years so they may take a bit longer to change.

Small changes to your bad habits can have huge benefits to you health, wealth and well being.

We all need to start somewhere to improve some or other area of our lives, take a step back and make sure you are changing in the right direction.
