Symptoms include - shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, chest pressure, sweating, panic, high of low blood pressure and fatigue.

Dietary considerations - Diet can be your single most effective preventative measure against heart disease. Add garlic, onions, green tea, seafood, wheat germ, brewer’s yeast, molasses and lecithin granules to your diet. Reduce stress, a glass of wine can raise HDL levels and reduce stress.

Avoid/limit red meat, soft drinks and fried foods, fatty, salty and sugary refined foods. Drink enough water, spring water, daily and limit hydrogenated oils found in processed food.
