Natural medicine believes that is not only preventable but also reversible.

Definition - Arteriosclerosis is the thickening and decreased elasticity of the arterial walls.

Causes are - vitamin B6 deficiency, high-fat diet, stress, high cholesterol, obesity, smoking, diabetes, excess salt, excess caffeine and alcohol, lack of exercise.

Symptoms - leg cramps, high blood pressure, cold hands and feet, blurred vision, mental decline and respiratory problems.

Lifestyle and dietary considerations
- Regular exercise, at least 20 minutes of walking 3 to 4 times a week, quit smoking, add fiber to your diet, eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, drink a glass of red wine at dinner time, reduce caffeine intake, make sure you only eat lean meat and low-fat dairy (sugar and sweetener free) and avoid fried, processed food.

Recommended supplementation -

*** Garlic capsules (Kyolic) - 4 times a day

*** Coenzyme Q10

*** Vitamin B complex

*** Red wine (1 glass a day)

*** Carnitine

*** Milk thistle extract

*** Flax oil (important note - always take Flax oil, GLA and vitamin E together)

*** GLA

*** Vitamin E

*** Chromium

*** Magnesium

*** Ester C - 500 mg 3 times a day

*** Ginkgo biloba

Arteriosclerosis is preventable and reversible naturally. If you are obese or overweight, begin a weight reduction plan that you can live with.

In my opinion it is no so much what you’re eating that is that problem, it is what you’re not eating. So have a look at the lifestyle and dietary recommendations and make the changes today, the pay back is huge, believe me.
