As we age our ages as well and we all start to experience a bit of memory loss, forgetfulness, irritation with sound and excessive movement. We’re all familiar with the endearing term “grumpy old men” well the fact is that perhaps not so much grumpy as aging.

Experiencing these symptoms can induce depression and moodiness but believe me you are not alone and the good news is you can rejuvenate and replenish your brain.

Stress depletes the brain and body of amino acids, the building blocks of protein and potassium. A deficiency of these nutrients contributes to brain drain and brain fog.

You must feed your brain for optimum brain function. brain food can fast improve your brain function and a number of emotional and physical symptoms in the process.

The brain thrives on the same healthy foods that your body also need. Foods like eggs, olive oil, fruits, leafy green vegetables and whole grains. A low carb diet avoiding sugar, alcohol and tabacco is the best treatment for your brain and body.

Apart from supplementation you could also exercise regularly, do some deep breathing exercises, enjoy relaxing music and take up building puzzles and seduko, mental games that will build more brain circuits.

The following supplements are vital to support your brain function and your body.

This thing about the brain makes me wonder. How is it possible that the brain thinks, makes us feel sleepy, makes us balance in walking and e.t.c?

The brain is an amazing miracle, in fact our bodies are amazing miracles, if you just feed your body properly it can and will virtually take care of it self but unfortunately we often fail, make a study of your body, you’ll be amazed.
