This section will deal with our mental health - I believe our mental health is pivotal in our entire being and our entire purpose of existence balances on who we are.
We’ve become an incredibly driven species and wrongly put value on what we have instead of who we are, who we love and who loves us.
With this driven mental state that we find ourselves in comes a price!

Debilitating diseases like anxiety, stress and depression takes hold of our minds and ends up making us ill, mentally and physically.
We need to change our focus onto wholesome thoughts and change our values and beliefs to reflect the truly valuable things in our lives, our God and our loved one’s.
It is a scientifically proven fact that stress is a major contributor to most of the physical debilitating diseases like heart disease, Alzheimer’s, arthritis, etc. the list goes on.
Plus we find ourselves in a vicious circle where the physical and the mental either work together to build us up or to destroy us completely, the choice is your!
But - take heart we’ve been created with an incredible body with an even more incredible healing system that kicks in and restores where modern medicine fails.
Yes, it is capable to overcome and even heal debilitating diseases like heart disease, depression, anxiety, diabetes, arthritis, etc.
It all starts with you and the action you take or not!
There are 4 cornerstones to optimum health:
*** Diet - It has been proven that a low carb diet is what our bodies have been made for
*** Exercise - Regular moderate exercise will ensure lifetime fitness and flexibility
*** Stress management - We need to relax and focus on what is important in life.
*** Your creator - A relationship with God will bring your life in balance (proof people who pray have less stress and live longer)
It is simple, you must simplify your life and get back to basics in order to get the most out of it.
