Nutrition is a vital part of who we are and how we feel and look - You are what you eat! - True, true, true…..
And the crisis is we love to eat the wrong foods, because of our highly stressed lifestyles we flock to the fast food alternatives, it just seems easier to pick up a burger and fries, doesn’t it?
Our bodies don’t know what has hit them and because these foods are so poor in nutrients we don’t know when enough is enough anymore.
