Weight management is the key to optimum health and the best way to lose weight is through proper diet and natural weight loss supplements.

I did the Atkins diet for awhile. It worked very well for me, resulting in about 10 pounds lost. I had plenty of energy and no more carb crashes.
A regular exercise program will also help greatly.

I’m not overweight, but do have a certain amount of excess fat around the waist that I would like to get rid of. Hopefully there will be a post on how safe is the Atkins diet in the future

I’ve always wondered how safe the Atkins diet is. In my expereince just eating less and more often has worked really well. Of course the problem with most diets is sticking with it. Most people just get sick of eating the same stuff and can’t keep it up.
